ONYX Spine & Orthopedics meets the federal definition of a physician-owned healthcare facility as specified in 42 CFR 489.3. The following physicians have an ownership or financial interest in ONYX Spine & Orthopedics as of September 2025:

• Dr. Jay H. Patel - Orthopedic Surgeon
• Dr. Micah Hobbs - Orthopedic Surgeon
