Artificial Lumbar Disc Replacement

Instead of fusing the spine, this procedure replaces a damaged lumbar disc with an artificial implant that mimics the movement of a natural disc. It is designed to relieve pain while maintaining flexibility.

Artificial disc replacement may be recommended for patients with disc-related back pain who want to preserve spinal motion. The procedure can improve function, reduce recovery time, and help prevent stress on nearby spinal segments.
