Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement

Reverse shoulder replacement is designed for patients with severe arthritis, large rotator cuff tears, or previous shoulder surgeries that limit mobility. Unlike a standard replacement, this procedure switches the position of the ball and socket in the joint.

By reversing the joint structure, the procedure relies on different muscles to power the shoulder. This helps restore motion, reduce pain, and improve strength in patients who are not candidates for a traditional replacement.
